Open roles
AI/ML Engineer. Contract extraction, inbox-thread grounding, document understanding. Full-Stack Engineer. React, Node, Postgres; ship features end to end. Transaction Coordination Lead. Build the domain depth of our product. Brokerage Operator-in-Residence. Help us land in 50+ brokerages. Founding Designer. Pixel-craft for a brokerage audience.
How we hire
Resume scan, founder call, take-home work sample, working session, references. We don't hire on whiteboard alone; we want to see how you ship.
Compensation
Cash + equity. Cash competitive with seed/Series-A norms; equity meaningful at our stage.
Where you work
Bay Area (preferred for senior IC and leadership). Bengaluru (engineering). Remote available for select roles.
What we look for
High agency. Bias to ship. Edge in a domain (AI, brokerage ops, real estate operations, document intelligence). Loves real estate enough to read a TREC contract for fun.
