Affiliate Program Terms
Plain-English program terms. The AI-native transaction coordinator pays partners up to 20% recurring — for up to the lifetime of each referred account — under the terms below. The AI control plane for real estate retains and the partner share retains with it.
These terms govern the ReBillion partner and affiliate program. Apply at /partners. Last updated 2026-06-04.
1. Eligibility
Open to U.S. individuals and entities with a legitimate audience or business relationship in real estate transaction coordination or brokerage operations. Not open to competitors of ReBillion or to brokerages using ReBillion under their own primary subscription.
2. Commission
Up to 20 percent of net recurring revenue collected from each customer you refer, for up to the lifetime of the customer's subscription. Commission accrues monthly. Customer must remain in good standing.
3. Attribution
Referrals tracked via your unique link or referral code at signup. Attribution window: 90 days from first click. Last-click rules; conflicts resolved in favor of the most recent attributed partner.
4. Payment
Net-30 of month-close. ACH or PayPal. $50 minimum payout threshold; balances roll forward until threshold met.
5. Prohibited promotion
No spam, no incentivized fake signups, no impersonation, no brand bidding (we'll define our brand terms list on request), no harmful misrepresentation, no false comparison claims, no statements that ReBillion is endorsed by any party that hasn't actually endorsed it.
6. Disclosure
Partner must disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Termination doesn't end the obligation to pay accrued commission on existing referred customers, subject to their continued good standing.
8. Tax
Partner responsible for self-employment tax. W-9 required for U.S. partners. 1099-NEC issued annually if applicable.

We may update terms with 30 days notice.
