OAuth connect

Which email providers does Inbox Intelligence support?
Gmail (consumer and Google Workspace) is supported natively via OAuth, and a dedicated Gmail Extension is coming soon. The connection works read-only by default; reply-sending is opt-in per user.
Does ReBillion send replies on my behalf without approval?
No. Every draft sits in your TC review queue. You can approve, edit, or reject. Auto-send is an opt-in per thread category — for example, agent-confirmation acknowledgements can be auto-sent once you trust the pattern.
How does it attribute an email to the right deal?
We use a combination of property address, party names, MLS number, and reply-chain matching. Confidence below threshold is surfaced for a one-click TC reassignment rather than guessed.
What counts as a deadline-relevant message?
Anything that references a date, a contingency, an inspection report, an appraisal value, a loan commitment, a title issue, an extension request, or a closing reschedule. These pop to the top of the queue with the deal milestone calendar attached.
Is this just a Gmail label or filter?
No. Gmail filters operate on keywords and senders. Inbox Intelligence reads the body, understands the conversation, and connects messages to the actual deal record so context follows you across threads.
