Calendar Sync — Every Deadline on Every Calendar

Calendar push as one slice of an AI-native transaction coordinator. ReBillion's AI Inbox Intelligence watches for each scheduled event's confirmation from the relevant counterparty — lender, title, inspector — turning a calendar entry into a verified milestone. This is the AI control plane for real estate execution.

Every executed contract creates 8 to 14 calendar-grade deadlines: inspection, appraisal, financing, repair-credit response, walkthrough, closing. Pushing those to every stakeholder's calendar — buyer, seller, agents, TC, lender, title — by hand takes 15 minutes per file. ReBillion does it in 30 seconds*, and rewrites the calendar entries the moment the contract amends.

What we push

Per-deadline event. Inspection contingency end, appraisal due, financing contingency end, repair-credit response, final walkthrough, closing. Each event carries the deal address, the parties, the source clause, and a link back to the ReBillion deal.

Reminders calibrated to risk. Standard milestones get a 24-hour reminder. High-risk deadlines (financing, contingency expiration) get 72-, 24-, and 4-hour reminders.

Per-stakeholder calendar. Each event is pushed to the buyer's, seller's, agents', and TC's Google Calendar. Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Apple Calendar (ICS) push are planned.*

Auto-reschedule on amendments

Contracts amend. Extensions push closing; financing addenda shift the financing contingency; inspection-extension addenda shift the inspection deadline. ReBillion reads the amendment, updates the calendar event in place, and notifies every attendee of the shift — with the source clause cited. Manual recalendaring goes to zero.

Time-zone safety

Multi-state firms get tripped by time zones. ReBillion stores every deadline in the contract's governing time zone (typically the property's local zone) and renders it in each stakeholder's local zone on push. A California seller and a Massachusetts buyer see the same closing event in their own local times — no off-by-three-hours surprises.

Compliance trace

Every calendar push is logged in the deal audit trail: which stakeholder, which event, which clause it was anchored to, when it was sent. If the broker is asked to demonstrate that a buyer was notified of the financing contingency expiration, the trail is one click away.

How teams use it

The Monday-morning deadline sweep

Instead of copying contingency and closing dates into a calendar by hand for each new file, a TC lets ReBillion push the full deadline set to every stakeholder's calendar at once, so the week's critical dates are visible to buyers, sellers, and agents from the start.

Surviving an extension addendum

A financing extension moves closing by a week. ReBillion reads the amendment, rewrites the affected calendar events in place, and notifies each attendee of the shift — so nobody is working off the old date and there are no orphaned events to clean up.

Coordinating across time zones

A multi-state firm books a closing where the seller is in California and the buyer is on the East Coast. Each party sees the same event rendered in their own local time, which avoids the off-by-three-hours mistakes that come from manual calendar entry.

Frequently asked

Which calendar systems do you support?

Google Calendar is supported natively today. Outlook (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) and Apple Calendar via ICS are planned.*

What happens if the contract amends after I sync?

ReBillion auto-rewrites the calendar event in place and notifies every attendee. No double-bookings, no orphaned events.

Can buyers and sellers see the events without a ReBillion login?

Yes. Calendar push doesn't require them to log in to ReBillion — the events land in their existing calendar.

Does it handle business-day vs calendar-day deadlines?

Yes. The clause and state convention determine business vs calendar days; ReBillion computes the actual due date accordingly.

Can I customize reminder timing per firm?

Yes. Default cadence is sensible; firm overrides supported.

Does it conflict with my existing calendar booking links?

No. ReBillion writes to your calendar; it doesn't intercept booking links.

What happens to the calendar events when a deal closes or falls through?

Remaining future deadline events for that deal are cleared from every attendee's calendar so nobody is left with stale reminders for a transaction that is done or dead.

Is calendar sync a paid add-on?

No. Calendar sync is part of the platform under ReBillion's usage-based pricing ($199 and $499 tiers); there is no per-calendar or per-stakeholder charge for pushing deadlines.
