Pipeline View — Every Deal, Every Deadline, Every Owner

The AI control plane for real estate brokerages — one dashboard for every active file across every TC, with the AI contract intelligence and document custodian execution layers behind each row. ReBillion is the AI-native transaction coordinator brokerages run their book of business on.

Brokerage operators ask one question every Monday morning: which deals are at risk this week? Most TC tools answer with a list. ReBillion answers with a triaged dashboard — sorted by financial exposure, deadline density, and compliance risk — so the operator knows in 90 seconds* which three files need a phone call today.

How the view is built

Row per active transaction. Address, parties, contract date, target close date, current stage, next deadline, deadline owner, days-to-close, compliance status.

Color-coded risk. Red rows have a deadline at risk within 72 hours. Yellow rows have a missing artifact or a stalled task. Green rows are tracking on plan. Risk is computed from contract milestones plus AI-detected anomalies — missing signatures, overdue tasks, unanswered lender pings.

Drill-down per row. Click a row, see the full deal: contract artifact, extracted fields, task list, email thread, AI Inbox Intelligence log, document custodian filing status.

Filters and saved views

Filter by stage, by TC, by agent, by state, by contract value, by days-to-close, by compliance state. Save any filter as a named view — 'Closings this week,' 'Files in attorney review,' 'TX deals past T-21.' Views are sharable across the firm.

Compliance triage

Each row exposes the broker-of-record compliance state: signatures complete, disclosures filed, addenda chain complete, records vault current. A broker can pull the entire firm's compliance posture as a single export for a state audit.

Built for multi-office firms

A 4-office firm with 60 agents runs the pipeline view at the firm level, the office level, the team level, and the individual TC level. Role-based access controls what each user sees; the firm operator sees everything.

Quantified outcome

A multi-office Midwest brokerage adopted ReBillion's pipeline view firm-wide and reduced deadline-missed incidents from 4.1 percent of files to 0.6 percent across the next 180 days. The compliance officer cut quarterly audit prep from 22 hours to 3.5 hours.*

How teams use it

The Monday risk standup

A firm operator opens the dashboard before the weekly standup, sorts by risk, and walks the team straight to the red rows — the deals with a deadline at risk in the next 72 hours — instead of reading down a flat list of every open file.

Covering for a coordinator on leave

When a TC takes a week off, a team lead filters the pipeline to that coordinator's files, sees each deal's next deadline and owner, and reassigns the at-risk ones — without reconstructing the workload from email.

Prepping a state compliance audit

Ahead of an audit, a compliance officer filters to one state, reviews each row's signatures-complete and disclosures-filed status, and exports the filtered view to CSV as the starting evidence set for the broker-of-record.

Frequently asked

Does the pipeline view replace my CRM?

No. The CRM owns the contact record and lead pipeline. ReBillion owns the active transaction pipeline. Most brokerages run both.

Can I share a saved view with a co-broker or attorney?

Yes. Saved views can be shared via a token-protected URL with read-only access and a configurable expiry.

Does it sync with Dotloop or SkySlope pipelines?

Yes for integrated firms. We pull the SkySlope or Dotloop file list and surface it inside the ReBillion view alongside our extracted fields.

Can I export the pipeline to Excel?

Yes. CSV export of any filtered view. Schedule-on-cron available for weekly broker reports.

Is the pipeline view mobile-friendly?

Yes. Optimized for tablet and phone. Most firm operators use it on iPad for Monday standup.

How fast is the dashboard with 500+ active deals?

Sub-second for filtered views; under 3 seconds for full-firm views.* Pipeline indexing runs continuously.

Can each office or team see only its own deals?

Yes. Role-based access scopes the view to the firm, office, team, or individual TC level. A team lead sees their team's files; the firm operator sees everything across offices.

Does the pipeline view cost extra per seat?

No. The pipeline view is part of the platform under ReBillion's usage-based pricing ($199 and $499 tiers); there are no per-seat or per-deal fees for viewing or filtering your pipeline.
