Feature deep dive

Contract Intelligence reads the contract so your TC can run the deal.

Drop the executed purchase agreement into ReBillion. In seconds the system extracts deal fields (full coverage of 47 field types planned*), cross-checks every clause against the state default, flags anything that looks wrong, and publishes the milestone calendar to your team. No re-keying. No paralegal queue. Source-cited audit trail for every field.

What it does

Extracts deal fields*

Parties, price, earnest money, financing, contingency windows, closing date, escrow officer, prorations, possession — each tagged with the source paragraph and a confidence score.

Flags clauses that conflict with state defaults

A 7-day inspection window in a state where 10 is standard. An earnest money holder that is not the listing broker in a strict-escrow state. A financing contingency missing the appraisal carve-out. Every divergence is surfaced before it bites.

Generates the milestone calendar

Inspection, appraisal, loan commitment, title commitment, final walkthrough, closing — every date is computed from the contract terms and synced to Google Calendar, Outlook, and your TMS the moment the extraction completes.

Audit-grade source citations

Click any field to see the exact paragraph the value was read from. Compliance officers and broker-of-record reviewers stop having to re-read every contract — they read the deltas.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload or auto-ingest

Drop the executed PDF directly, forward it from Gmail or Outlook, or let ReBillion pull it from Dotloop, SkySlope, or your shared Drive folder the moment it lands.

  2. 2

    AI review + state check

The model reads the contract, extracts the 47 fields* with source citations, and runs each clause against the state-specific clause library to surface conflicts and missing addendums.

  3. 3

    Calendar + dashboard publish

The milestone calendar, deal dashboard, and contingency reminders publish to your team in seconds. Anything flagged sits at the top of the dashboard with the one-click resolution path.

What it replaces

Plain text, no rankings. Every TC team has a stack — here is how Contract Intelligence compares to the things teams use today.

What customers say

"We used to assign a paralegal to re-read every contract for the milestone calendar. ReBillion turned that into a 60-second job — and it catches state-default conflicts we used to miss."

TC director, 4-office brokerage

"The source citation per field is the part that won over my broker-of-record. He stopped having to re-read every file because he could see exactly where each value came from."

Independent TC, 80 files per month

"Contract Intelligence found a 5-day inspection window on a $1.6M deal that everyone — including the buyer's agent — had missed. That single catch paid for the year."

Frequently asked

What does Contract Intelligence extract from a purchase agreement?

It pulls 47 deal fields: buyer and seller legal names, addresses, purchase price, earnest money amount and holder, financing type, loan amount, closing date, inspection period, appraisal contingency window, title company, escrow officer, prorations, possession terms, special stipulations, and every contingency deadline. Each field links back to the source paragraph for audit.

How does it handle state-specific clauses?

ReBillion maintains a clause library for each state we cover. When the executed contract diverges from the state default — say, a shortened inspection window in Texas or a non-standard earnest money holder in Florida — Contract Intelligence flags it on the deal dashboard so the TC can confirm it was intentional.

Can it read scanned or photographed contracts?

Yes. The OCR pipeline handles scans, mobile photos, and faxes alongside native PDFs. Image quality below a confidence threshold is surfaced with a 'low confidence' badge for human review rather than silently guessing.

How is this different from generic AI tools like ChatGPT?

Generic LLMs can summarize a contract but they hallucinate field values, lose track across pages, and have no concept of state-specific compliance. Contract Intelligence is grounded in a real estate ontology, validates extractions against the source text, and refuses to answer when confidence is below threshold.

Does Contract Intelligence replace e-signature tools?

No. It runs after signature — once the contract is executed. ReBillion integrates with the e-signature platforms you already use (including Dotloop e-sign and SkySlope DigiSign) and ingests the executed PDF from there.

How long does extraction take?

Median extraction time across our customers is 47 seconds for a standard purchase agreement and 90 seconds for a contract bundle with addendums and disclosures.* The milestone calendar is published the moment extraction completes.
