Step 1 — Sign up (2 minutes)
Sign up at app.rebillion.ai. Verify your email. Pick your role (TC, agent, broker, attorney).
Step 2 — Connect Gmail or Outlook (3 minutes)
OAuth into Gmail or Outlook. The default scope is read-only; you can enable send later. ReBillion starts watching your inbox for transaction threads.
Step 3 — Upload your first contract (1 minute)
Drag and drop your most recent executed contract. PDF, DOCX, or scan. ReBillion's Contract Intelligence extracts 47 fields in 30 to 60 seconds.
Step 4 — Review the extracted deal (3 minutes)
See parties, dates, addenda chain, contingencies, lender, title, escrow. Confirm or correct any field; corrections feed model tuning per firm.
Step 5 — Watch the task list build (1 minute)
The Task Engine generates the per-state default checklist tied to the contract clauses. Stage tasks, assign owners, set reminders.
Step 6 — Connect your calendar (2 minutes)
Push every deadline to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar via ICS. All stakeholders get reminders.
