Does it sync loops in progress or only completed?
Both. In-progress loops sync as drafts so you can see them in ReBillion; full extraction happens on completion.
Can ReBillion create new loops?
Currently no — ReBillion is read-and-annotate on Dotloop. Loop creation stays in Dotloop where the e-sign workflow is anchored.
