Is the Gmail integration read-only?
By default, yes. Reply-sending is opt-in per user. You can also auto-send specific thread categories once you trust them — for example, lender confirmation acks.
Does it work with personal Gmail or only Workspace?
Both. Personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts both connect via OAuth. Workspace administrators can grant ReBillion at the org level for streamlined onboarding.
What scopes does ReBillion request?
By default we request gmail.readonly and gmail.modify (for label management). Reply-sending uses gmail.send and is requested only when you opt in.
Where does ReBillion store my email content?
Message bodies are processed for classification and drafting, then summarized and discarded. Only deal-attribution metadata and audit-trail entries are retained. Full retention policy is in our privacy policy.
