Planned integration — coming soon*

ReBillion + Outlook (Microsoft 365)

A planned Microsoft 365 OAuth integration — inbox classification, draft replies, and attachment ingest for Exchange Online mailboxes are in development.*

How the integration works

What syncs

Incoming Outlook messages, approved outbound drafts, attachments, and accepted calendar invites — classified by deal, topic, and urgency.

How it connects

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and approve the Mail.Read and Mail.Send scopes; admin consent enables brokerage-wide rollout.

Common use cases

Brokerage-wide rollout, calendar-aware triage, and a compliance audit log for every deal-tied message.

What we sync

  • Incoming Outlook messages — classified by deal, topic, and urgency.
  • Outbound drafts — composed by ReBillion, approved by the TC in our queue.
  • Attachments — pulled from Outlook into the right deal folder, automatically.
  • Calendar invites — accepted invites synced as milestones on the deal calendar.

How to connect

  1. 1

Click Connect on the Outlook card in ReBillion settings.

  2. 2

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and approve the Mail.Read and Mail.Send scopes.

  3. 3

Choose which users' mailboxes should be enabled — onboarding is complete in two minutes.*

Use cases

Use case 1

Brokerage-wide rollout — Microsoft 365 admin consent enables ReBillion across every TC mailbox at once.

Use case 2

Calendar-aware triage — inspection invites and closing confirmations land on the deal calendar with no double-entry.

Use case 3

Compliance audit — every message tied to a deal is logged with timestamp and source for broker-of-record review.

Frequently asked

Does the integration support Outlook on-premises Exchange?

Currently no — only Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). Hybrid setups work if mailboxes are migrated to the cloud.

Can I grant admin consent for the whole tenant?

Yes. Workspace administrators can grant tenant-wide consent so individual TCs do not have to re-approve OAuth each time.

Is shared-mailbox support included?

Yes. Shared mailboxes (e.g., tc@yourbrokerage.com) connect the same way and route to the assigned TC's review queue.

How is this different from Outlook's built-in rules?

Outlook rules match keywords. ReBillion reads the message, attributes it to a specific transaction, and routes it with the right context — including deal milestones — to the right person.
