ReBillion + Google Calendar
Two-way milestone calendar sync — inspection, appraisal, loan commitment, final walkthrough, closing — keeps every party on the same date.
How the integration works
What syncs
Deal milestones, reschedules from extension agreements and addendums, attendees, and 7-day, 3-day, and same-day reminders.
How it connects
Connect the Google Calendar card, approve the calendar.events scope, and pick the target calendar for deal events.
Common use cases
One master calendar for a solo TC, per-TC or shared brokerage calendars for teams, and agent visibility by subscription.

- ✓Attendees — buyer agent, listing agent, lender, title officer auto-invited when contact info is on file.
- ✓Reminders — 7-day, 3-day, and same-day reminders pushed via calendar notifications.

Frequently asked
Does ReBillion overwrite events I create manually?
No. ReBillion only manages events it creates. Your manual events on the same calendar are untouched.
What happens when a milestone date moves?
The event is updated and attendees get the standard Google Calendar reschedule notification. The change is logged in the deal audit trail.
Can I use a Google Workspace shared calendar?
Yes. Shared calendars work the same way — point ReBillion at any calendar you have write access to.
Does this work with iCal or Apple Calendar?
Yes, indirectly — subscribe to the Google calendar via iCal URL and your Apple Calendar will mirror it read-only.
