ReBillion + Google Drive
Auto-file every deal document into the right Drive folder, with your naming convention applied automatically.
How the integration works
What syncs
Inbound documents auto-renamed and filed, per-deal folder structures from your template, outbound exports, and folder-level permissions.
How it connects
Connect the Google Drive card, grant the drive.file scope, and pick the root folder where deal folders should live.
Common use cases
Solo TCs running off Drive, brokerage shared-drive setups with broker-of-record read access, and one-click closing handoffs.
What we sync
- ✓Inbound documents — auto-renamed and filed in the deal folder.
- ✓Folder structure — created per deal using your template (e.g., '/Deals/2026/Smith — 123 Main St').
- ✓Outbound exports — extracted fields, audit trails, and compliance reports exported into the deal folder.
- ✓Permissions — folder-level sharing inherits from your team or brokerage policy.
How to connect
- 1
Click Connect on the Google Drive card and grant drive.file scope.
- 2
Pick the root folder where deal folders should live (e.g., 'Transactions 2026').
- 3
Set the naming template — ReBillion uses it automatically on every filed document.
Use cases
Solo TC running off Drive — every disclosure, addendum, and lender letter lands in the right folder, named consistently.
Brokerage shared-drive setup — broker-of-record gets read access to every deal folder for compliance review.
Closing handoff — share the deal folder with the title company in one click at closing.
Frequently asked
Will ReBillion see files I did not file through it?
We request the drive.file scope, which limits ReBillion to files it created or that users explicitly open with ReBillion. Your other Drive files are not accessible.
Can I use a shared drive (formerly Team Drive)?
Yes. Shared drives are fully supported. Permissions inherit from the shared drive policy.
What happens if a document is renamed manually in Drive?
ReBillion respects the new name and updates its internal record. The audit trail logs the rename and user.
Does it duplicate files I drop into the deal folder?
No. Drops are detected and ingested in place — no copies are made. Only documents we ingest from email or integrations are placed by us.
