How are task completions synced?
Bidirectional. Marking complete in either tool marks complete in the other within 60 seconds, with the source logged.*
Can I customize the template-to-milestone mapping?
Yes. The default mapping works for most teams; the integration page exposes a mapper for edge cases.
Are document attachments synced two-way?
Documents flow from Open To Close into ReBillion for AI extraction; ReBillion exports its extracted summaries back as Open To Close attachments.
